轉(zhuǎn)臺式拋丸機(jī)主要適合中小型工件的表面清理的生產(chǎn)，這規(guī)格的設(shè)備適合于發(fā)動機(jī)連桿，齒輪，膜片彈簧等，廣泛應(yīng)用于鑄造和汽車制造業(yè)，具有生產(chǎn)效率高，密封效果好，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，裝卸件方便技術(shù)含量高等特點(diǎn)。為保證清理效果、提高生產(chǎn)率，在本機(jī)的設(shè)計中，采用直聯(lián)曲線葉片拋頭，而且在原有設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)上重新調(diào)整了拋頭位置，首先拋頭與水平垂直有一定夾角，以利于工件內(nèi)腔的清理；其次轉(zhuǎn)臺支承完全改觀，便于維修、裝卸。
轉(zhuǎn)臺式拋丸機(jī)的特點(diǎn)：
(1)轉(zhuǎn)臺式拋丸機(jī)主要由室體、轉(zhuǎn)臺、傳動系統(tǒng)、分離器、提升機(jī)、輸丸裝置、拋丸器等部分組成，在室頂一臺高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的拋丸器，對工件進(jìn)行佳方位的拋射，工件隨著轉(zhuǎn)臺轉(zhuǎn)出室體時，可直接看到清理效果，以便進(jìn)行下一步工作。
(2)通過傳動系統(tǒng)帶動刮丸板回轉(zhuǎn)，將丸砂通過流丸管送到提升機(jī)下部，再由提升機(jī)提到分離器進(jìn)行分離，完好的彈丸通過輸丸管及閘門供拋丸器連續(xù)使用，破碎彈丸及灰塵再分別進(jìn)入其它相應(yīng)管道，以進(jìn)行二次分離。
(3)傳動機(jī)構(gòu)由擺線針輪減速器帶動磨擦輪，通過一個離合機(jī)構(gòu)與轉(zhuǎn)臺發(fā)生磨擦傳動，使轉(zhuǎn)臺平穩(wěn)轉(zhuǎn)動。當(dāng)工件轉(zhuǎn)出室外可用于直接翻動調(diào)整及被清理好的工件；也可隨時根據(jù)被清理工件的不同和裝卸翻動工件的難易程度，來扳動離合手柄，使磨擦輪和轉(zhuǎn)臺脫離，即轉(zhuǎn)臺停轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)好工件再改變手柄位置，轉(zhuǎn)臺再開始轉(zhuǎn)動。
